This is what changing your thumbnail can do for your view count:
Veritasium uploaded one of his best videos, and it flopped:
Then he changed the packaging to this:
It went from one of his worst-performing videos…to his best.
Why?
When people see the First thumbnail, this is what they think:
“Asteroids- they’re bad.
Yeah…I already knew that…
we’re going to end up like the dinosaurs.
keep scrolling”
But when they see this? They go
“that little asteroid can do alot of damage?
I didn’t know that…click”
Make people feel like they don’t know,
and they’ll click so that they do.
